Complaint Regarding Poor Service – McDonald's Fleurdal Mall Drive-Thru

Dear McDonald's Customer Service,

I visited the Fleurdal Mall Drive-Thru on Friday night and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. My order process started smoothly, but when I interacted with one of the staff members, she was dismissive and uninterested, making me feel as if she was doing me a favor instead of providing customer service.

When I inquired about the manager, I was told it was Thabo, but was informed that he was "very busy." I felt completely disrespected, especially considering that I waited in the parking lot for one hour just to receive my drinks and ice cream.

This experience has left me regretting my visit, as the service was unacceptable, and the staff appeared ***********. I hope this matter is addressed to prevent future customers from facing similar frustration.

Please let me know how McDonald's plans to improve service at this location.
