Complaint Regarding Poor Service at McDonald's Drive-Thru on Winnie Mandela Drive, Johannesburg

Dear McDonald's Management,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your drive-thru located on Winnie Mandela Drive, Johannesburg, on 31/12/2024.

During my visit, I experienced an unacceptable delay of 20 to 30 minutes to collect my order, despite having paid in advance. This defeats the purpose of a drive-thru, which is supposed to offer quick and convenient service. Additionally, I was insulted by a staff member who used the term "wa phapha," which I found highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

The long wait not only wasted my time but also my fuel, and the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I expect better service from a reputable brand like McDonald's.

I hope you will address these issues promptly to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.
