Complaint

I understand that there's a specific time where the doors closes I got to McDonald's after 9pm for drive through I was badly pressed needed to use the bathroom then continue with the drive through no acception was made no human element app**** what so ever the business states that it opens 24hrs and the one employer managed to open the door for an order which didn't make sense that I as a customer needed assistance which Is something that happens once in a blue moon but not considered.... would be nice to have public toilets atleast then in this case if the problem is walk in's after 9pm it's only fair to have human etiquette app****.This was at the Midrand branch by Sandridge.
