Complaint

I was at McDonald Observatory and they had not drinks for a set menu. I was asked to pay more if i wanted a drink . This did not make any sense as it was not our fault that the drink machine doesn’t work. They insisted that they can not do anything for us but to follow the rule . This is very disappointing as the client is penalised for something that the shop did not take care of.
