Complaint department failing to resolve my case

It's 3 weeks now, McDonald's complaints is still failing to resolve my case, and I asked for their contact number to call them because on their 1st email they claimed that they failed to reach me on my number but they haven't given me, they keep requesting for the same things that I have sent them.
