Complaint

This people give poor and slow service, I got to the store before 8 and placed my order at 07:57, my order was the first one and I was the only customer but I waited until 08:20 before I walked out the store without my order and that when they came running behind me with it. While waiting another customer walked out because she waited so long to be acknowledged and even then she was told to order at the machines but she walked out instead
