COMPLAINT

I was very disappointed with the service in McDonalds in Ghandhi Square, I walked into the store and found 2 ladies in the door, so I sanitized my hands and immediately asked them where the bathroom is and if I could use it, they said yes I may and they showed me where it was, on my way to the bathroom a lady named Zotha was mopping the floor and as I attempted to go around her she quickly and rudely told me to turn back, so I explained to her that I’m rushing to the bathroom, as pressed as I was which she could clearly see, she told me that I need to make a purchase before I can use the bathroom, if that is store policy I find it inhuman I did not argue with her at all I turned back and told the ladies at the door, so I used one of your self help machines to order while at it, your speed point at that terminal was not working. So now I’m extremely pressed in a store with a terminal that is not working. Probably an hour Or 2 later I went to McDonalds in Fordsburg and right at the door I asked to use the bathroom and I went without all that Zotha in Ghandhi Square asked me to do. Frankly I find her conduct very rude and unacceptable if you guys are going to implement policies let them be consistent in every store and also if the 2 ladies in the door could show me and allow me to use the bathroom without asking me to make a purchase which I was intending on making then your staff also needs to be consistent with each other, between Zotha and the 2 ladies in the door that directed me to a bathroom without asking me to buy anything 1 of them was incorrect and treated me wrongly, whoever it is between these ladies I want that to be corrected, customer service doesn’t really work like that, we can’t treat clients just by looking at them and weighing the amount of respect to give them
