What a bad experience we received at McDonald's Kenako Mall, we took our kids to dine in to the store, firstly the store was filthy, secondly we were not informed that the store was closed when we got in there and that was around about 18:00 pm,the orders took too long and we didn't receive all of the meals on one order ,we had to keep on reminding them that there's an order short ,after that while we were sitting having a feast one of the lady came to us and told use we can dine in coz of the store was closed and they wanna clean up cz they have to go home by 9 and that was around about 18:30 ,we couldn't enjoy our meal, we were not welcomed to the store, very poor service, we had such a bad experience. There was a lack of communication from the staff. To prevent this from accuring they must learn how to effectively communicate with customers.
