Complaint and missing order

on 27/04/2021 order number 3436 We ordered 4 big mac burgers and 1 macroyale. when i got hom, macroyale was missing. My wife went back on 28/04/2021 and was attended by "manager" Veronica and she told her that she cannot assists as the lady assisted us is not at work and she must come back on Friday 30/04/2021. what kind of service is this? My wife(Yolanda) works at Truworths springs mall and cannot keep coming back to that shop for a simple request and complain. Please can Veronica "the manager" contact my wife at her work place, apologise and sort the missing order. Very dissapointed with lack of urgency and service from MacD at Springs Mall
