Complaint About Mc Donalds Palms Centre as well as Value Mall – Boksburg

<p> Sunday Am After a night out a group of friends wanted to visit the Palms Centre Mc D for a snack, as usual after a jol..</p> <p>They refused to assist us stating “We are currently Offline” with ALL Lights burning ALL Staff being there and it being a 24hour Place..</p> <p> </p> <p>How *********** can one be? I asked if there is food, they said yes, I asked why cant you hand us the order we require even if we paid</p> <p>Cash no need to ring all up and as soon as your back online again, capture these orders you rather end up losing because of stupidity?</p> <p> </p> <p>I Cannot understand how anyone or any manager would allow business to be shown away just because of a computer being offline</p> <p> </p> <p>They sell FOOD, isn’t it? They HAD STOCK OF FOOD.. didn’t they? So WHY on earth cant they keep track keep selling make the franchise</p> <p>Money it’s a little extra effort I guess but why would they rather be allowed to show customers away? Instead of trained to be able to assist</p> <p>Someone without a computer…</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly frustrated with both these branches as they both we’re offline and no one was prepared to assist furthermore..</p> <p> </p>
