Complaint

On Tuesday the 02/04/2024,I went to McDonald's Pinetown to redeem my loyalty points of 6500 for a Spicy Mcfeast, come my surprise on the menu screen they did not have a Spicy Mcfeast however my points were redeemed anyway

I then brought it to the attention of the staff member which explained and assured me my loyalty points will revert back to me. To my surprise I am still waiting for those points and have logged a complaint on the McDonald's app with reference number COM-69AA2-000EA which has not been attended

I am disappointed at this situation and for McDonald's as my trusted and favorite food outlet not to attend this
