Complaint

Good day

The reason for my mail is that I am so angry at the customer service I was given at Mc Donald Kempton Park . I ordered my meal and it was a sit in , I waited for at least 1hr when I decided to actually go and check what is going on the manager was so rude , rude to an extend that I got so angry and started shouting and still she showed no remorse what so ever . Lastly I came with my son to the restaurant and ordered a happy meal so I went back to her because I noticed when I had sat down that the toy is for girls . I asked for a boy toy and they told me that its unavailable then I asked but why didn’t you say that it’s not there at first did I really have to come here and ask ? She rep**** that it’s not her job to do that mind due it’s the manager of a restaurant who was interviewed about customer service but In my eyes and what I’ve experienced today she knows nothing !!!
