Complaint

Service from the V&A staff Mcdonalds doesnt even deserve a one star. Zero at most. I ordered an SA breakfast it took 30 mins to get prepared. Only after l started complaining they started making it. My tea got to the table. . And had no tea bag. I asked for the tea bag no one brought it. I had to go and fetch it from the till point. Food was flat cold. Tightly packaged in a mcfeast box. This is pathetic. Not even value for money. Your staff musnt treat customers as if they are doing us a favour but we are paying customers. They are extremely rude especially Asemahle and Unam. You speak to them in english they reply in a language u dont understand. This is nonsense
