Complaint

Worst service at their Oxford Street branch in East London. Suppose to open at 7 they put a tyre in the drive thru to block cars from going in if you call the manager he/she doesn't want to meet you outside just tells the security to tell everyone store will open at 7:15...can't belief this crazy how can the manager make their own rules
