Complaint

Bought a chicken big Mac and upon realizing that the person buying for does not eat burgers from Macdonald's. We ask for a refund and the store manager at Macdonald's kolonade Mall refused and said his company policy doesn't allow and he can only take my details to take it up with the head of finance for a R50 refund. His name is Bongani Store Manager of Macdonald's Kolonade Mall, Montana Pretoria.
