Complaint

I was at the Macdonlads at retail crossing. I wanted at the drive throu for than 10 mins, then decided to drive to the pay window where there no1 there to assist. I was half body through the window shout for assistance, only after I press my hooter 20 min later a lady came to take my order, will assisting cars behind me, I asked her to please concentrate and focus on her job before she gets my order wrong. I then asked for the manager(Imagine) that's his name. He could even look me in the eye while I was talking to him, he was busy on his phone. (Don't care mentality).
