Complaint

<p>Last night made an order & paid online at 19:30, then at 21:30 Edwin from‪ McDonalds in Braamfontein said he's cancelling it and we are not getting refund.</p> <p>Is this legal?</p> <p> </p> <p>Besides, I waited over 2 hours. I made a call to customer service to lay a complaint and a lady by the name of Nompumelelo hang up on me.</p> <p>What kind of service is this?</p>
