Complaint

I just placed an order at McDonald's Arcadia Pretoria. The service was completely putrid. Firstly Lorraine, the cashier , doesn't greet me instead she gets straight to my order. I then place an order for 2 Mc Chicken deluxe and two sprites ,she rings up the sale with a coke instead of the sprite I ordered after letting her know for the second time I want the sprite and not the coke . She then tells me she will change it as the order is prepared yet she still charges me for the coke. I then wait a complete 45 min for my order because my order was apparently skipped, which always happens as it is not the first time this happens. When the order arrives it then comes with a coke which I did not order. Mc Donalds clearly needs to do something about this because their staff is rude and uns****ed. Honestly a disgrace I must say!
