complaint

I had a horrible service at this store on two consequential days at the drive through, i asked the service consultant if their breakfast wrap was made with tortilla or pancake... she answered me with a pratronizing tone and after that she didnt want to so serve me i then had to force her to take the order this want on the 14/ 05/2018. The next day i had the same encounter there i was with my colleagues , we bought big mac, breakfast wrap, and egg mc****in she still didnt want to serve us at the drive through. we had to force her to serve us again. this is totally not the service we had to force her to greet us . this was on the 15/05/2018
