Complaint

Good Afternoon. I just stopped for a meal with my wife at McDonald's Hillcrest at around 15:10 this afternoon 17th December 2019 and while we were having our meal there was a gentleman sitting on a table next to us. A few minutes later 2 ladies in grey shirts plus one employee in a red shirt joined in and proceeded with a disciplinary hearing right next to us. This I found to be very wrong and unacceptable as we heard almost everything that was going on. I feel this should have been done in a more respectable manner and be held more privately not in front of customers.

I feel disciplinary hearings should be done in a more private and dignified way and not interfere with the peace of the customers as well as not violating employees right by embarrassing them in front of the customers. Kindly look into this Regards B.Chili
