Complaint

I got McDonald’s for my family tonight in Cape Town and we had all ordered Mcfeasts meals but to our surprise we got boer Pattie’s which made the meal taste disgusting, it’s honestly not something I would have expected to get and we were not made aware of the fact that we would be getting a different patty. It has honestly left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me question if I would ever consider going back to that store again or any other store , I would please like some sort of solution or refund for these meals
