Complain/Refund

So today went to McDonald’s trade route mall at 21:45 bought the food at 21:10 my food hadn’t arrived so I immediately asked for a refund cause am not going to wait another 30 minutes to come and the pathetic guy called a manager(Handsome Mdaki) told me to my face that am not going to get my refund.So I left the shop now I want my money back cause your service is appalling,disgusting,pathetic,useless,***********.Now refund me my money cause this was the last time shame I eat anything from of your place after today it was great lesson to take my business to another eatery.Make matters worse my son was there asking why am we aren’t getting our food.NXA
