Complain regarding my refund

On the 4th March 2022 at 14:55:42 I placed a order on the machine at McDonald's Jabulani mall. I paid using FNB car, according to them payment did not reflect on your system , the lady who was assisting me suggested that I make a cash payment for me to get my order which I did .

The lady advised that I should send the proof that shows the amount was debited from my account so that I can get my refund,which I did. I made several follow up with McDonald's Jabulani mall, no one is responding to my emails. I even called them they said they will follow up on my behalf. Even this day I was never refunded my money.
