Complain

On the 08th of October 2020 I visited the McDonald in springs town and they charged me prices that I not on the advertising board, and I tried to talk them about the prices that they were verbally charging me and they came up with stories and gave me stupid attitude and I asked for the manager and they refused to call him/her and insisted that I speak to a lady called Queen Mvubu and she went to “speak” to the manager privately... so Springs McDonald charges their own prices that are not displayed on the advertising board/menu... on the board a Big Mac is advertised at R39.90 and I was verbally charged R45.00 and when I refused that’s where the whole argument started, and I was told that the board displays wrong prices due to load shedding... Their service was extremely bad, Untolerated,I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy...
