Complain

Had the worst experience at McDonald's carletonville mall today I was disrespected at the drive thru by cashier by the name Tulisiwe who showed no interest in serving me had to repeat myself 3times she gave me attitude and used harsh language with me when I asked to speak to the manager she said no problem like I was stupid and I almost felt powerless when the Manger came there was no change she went on to look at me funny and the manager had to beg her to apologize in front of me... They are running that restaurant as though its a tuckshop or kota house. I was so angry I almost caused an accident and killed myself and my brother when all I had wanted was just to get a burger for the both of us.
