Complain

I went to McDonald's in Rustenburg CBD earlier today and ordered a share box via drive through. When I got home i opened the box only to find that one big Mac is not there instead they put in 2 boxes of nuggets. I live 10km away from CBD I then had to drive back to town to inform the staff. When I got there they didn't even apologize to me nor care about travelling expense I had due to their incompetency. The manager on duty didn't even care to oversee this matter. As a paying customer it's unfair to be traveling back and forth late at night and not be taken to head.
