complain

on the 15th of April I went to McDonald's market Street in polokwane to buy food for my girlfriend. I placed an order with the cashier. The order was medium nuggets with powerade. in about 3 minutes time another customer came and place an order for share a box which share a box has 10 pieces nuggets which is of the same thing we ordered. me and my girlfriend we were so shock to see the next customer when he receive his order before us.i have to ask the cashier about our order she told us that we have to wait for another 4 minutes for them to cook for our order because they where out of cooked stock. we end up asking for our money back because we were in the store more than 20 minutes for an order of less than 4 minutes. so we then left the shop.from there I lodged the complaint at mcdonald website on the 16th and until today at this time I havent got any respond from them. Now thats why I then decided to lodge my complain with hellopeter to help me with this matter.
