Common sense is not so common

I'm so shocked. I've placed an order at McDonald's Craighall Park, for a Chocco Frappe and Large fries. I receive a call from them saying that they do not have a McCafe anymore and that I may substitute the frappe for something else, of which I asked for a McFlurry. Eventually, my order arrives and I'm expected to pay R33 for a McFlurry, which is R25. So common sense would tell me that they would have changed the price (which was not done). I then call the branch and complain, of the Manager, Boni, or something to that effect, tells me that I must pay the amount of R33, she will then send something else for me, for the value of R8, which I refused. I highly think that the service is PATHETIC!!! Common sense would say, we don't have the product selected and we should change the price to what was the second option. I will not order from them again, I would rather walk in to a McDonald's to order and walk out having paid for what I've received. SO DISAPPOINTED.!
