Colluding in theft

I placed an order for McD on the scoot website and the driver called to say he was outside and 2 minutes later when I went outside he was not there. I called the driver multiple time and he did not answer. Finally after the 10th time calling the driver he said he would return the food to the McD store. I then called McD and they told me that the driver is known for not delivering food. When I called the driver after what McD told me he said he will not bring my food. I am yet to get feedback from scoot who has a terrible support platform. I want food or my money back for the deceit and theft. I called and spoke to Lindi from McD and she told me they are aware of the drivers actions as I'm not the first customer to complain about what he did but they are not able to help me. She gave me 2 numbers to call to get help and both number are not for Scoot. I wonder what kind of restaurant gives food to a driver to deliver to their customer knowing full well that that meal would not be delivered. McD is colluding with this scoot driver (Oluwaseun Job Adedeji)
