Cold meals

My family and I had to wait for too long for our meals, the people working there are very lazy and slow. They were standing around and chatting, it was rush hour and month end but they were just too relaxed. By the time I got the food, it was warm and no longer hot, meaning it had been sitting there for a longer period of time. It was frustrating they did even care about how many people were there. I think they are too complacent and no longer care about customer service.
