cold fries and flat coke

I went through promenade drive thru Monday morning at 6 ordered a large big mac meal when I got home the fries were ice cold the coke was flat and I couldn't take i back coz i was all the way in Westridge and when I ask for a receipt the machine was broken so had no receipt thanx alot for your **** service
