Cold food experience

I just had the coldest meal at McDonald's today. It didn't help complaining as the lady helping to serve just looked at me like I'm talking nonsense. I always hear of the bad service from McDonald's and experienced myself today. I'm so disappointed. What a waste of my money 😥
