Cold food and took 3hours to deliever my food

I'm really disgusted with the telephone services at Mac Donalds Kuilsriver.

I called the call centre today at 13.30pm two place a order. A hour gone by i call again at 14.30pm the consultant said my order is on it's way and it will be by me at 14.50pm. 14.50pm gone by, I than contact the Kuilsriver branch to follow up on my order. I ask to speak to a manager to adress this issues.I explain to him that it's almost three hours I place my order and I'm still awaiting for my order to get delieved. While speaking to the manager of the Kuilsriver branch he hang up the phone in my face. I than contact back nobody pick up the phone.

My food arrived at 15.30pm after three hours. I payed loads of money and i get old cold food, fast foods is really expensive so give a client value for money and not cold food.My frys, burgers and nuggets was very cold...One of my cooldrinks half way filled up. I always buy at Mac Donald and this is my thank you that I get. Also when I ask for a ref number no one could assist me with it. As I understand that most call centres give you a ref number in order for you to track your last communication with consultant. The services is really unprofessional and seems like you just want to make money from customers than listerning to what the clint have to say.
