Cold food and rude staff

Plattekloof Branch specifically- I am honestly done with this branch. I previously lodged a complaint about receiving my hashbrowns cold every time i get them. When i would complain inside i got attitude from the staff. So i eventually lodged on the app. I was called by staff to advise me that if i wanted hot hashbrowns that i needed to ask for it to be hot (what kind of stupidity is that even - a restaurant should be serving hot food either way, what the heck) anyway so everytime i come i make sure to go to the counter and ask for it to be hot now. A lot of the time when i do this i get attitude as well. A few days ago when i asked for it to be hot, the lady assisting me rudely said to me "its always hot" to which i rep****, its not always hot, she clicked her tongue, rolled her eyes and walked away, proceeded to change the spoken language and whatever she said the other staff laughed. Today i came in hoping she was right and that things have changed and its "always hot" and what do you know... cold hashbrowns. You need new staff as these are giving you a bad name. Worst branch ever. I will never come back here for cold food and rude staff who try to humiliate me with their staff. Who needs that. There are plenty other branches.
