Cold food

I was totally upset when I received my food from Mc Donalds, yesterday before work me and my boyfriend went to the pinelands branch to order the big mac chicken meals, I waited for about 20 minutes and on our way eating the food from the bad as we were hungry waiting all the time the food was cold and not very nice to eat as you know cold chips is never nice. I was totally disgusted as I had to wait so long for cold chips? Really Mc Donalds?
