Cold day, cold food and cold coffee

Im not someone that will go and report every single place if Im not happy with the service but this morning Im upset as I bought a Mega Mc****in with cappucino only to being told they don't have cappucino and the lady asked if i would like filter coffe instead and I rep**** and said yes. I paid and received my order and left. Just as I got on the highway and want to drink my coffee I almost threw up as it was cold. Not even luke warm. COLD. I decided to eat my mc****in only to find that it is also served cold. Cheese not even melted and patties cold. If I wabted cold coffe I would've asked for cold coffe but I don't drink or like cold coffee. Im very disgusted and its not the first time I get this tipe of service. Previously it was they don't have ice cream but other customers are walking out with ice cream.
