Cold chips and coffee in paper cup

Ordered my usual single jalapeno meal with drink being capachino - the coffee comes in a proper cup. Got the meal. Chips were cold and coffee in paper cup. Coffee came in proper cup and nice hot chips-eventualky' but in that time burger cold . Manager asleep?
