Cold Carbonated water disguised as Stoney Zero.

I have plenty of times (if not always) asked for my drinks to not be filled up with ice. Honestly I feel ignored and disrespected for the poor service delivery that I pay for. I keep asking for Stoney Zero without ice. Instead I get extra cold carbonated water due to the dissolved ice in the (already sugar free) drink. Please read carefully and ensure what the customer wants. This is the persistent service I receive from Cosmo Mall McDonald's.
