COLD AND OLD FOOD UNACCEPTABLE

On the 07th May 2015 around lunch time i went to Mcdonalds Canalwalk and ordered a Quaterpounder with cheese, my fries were very cold and my burger bun old and stale, this is shocking - there was one other lady ordering a icecream in from of me so they cant use the excuse of it being to busy.
