****roach in my Chips

I'm so flabbergasted by McDonalds' service, I cannot believe that in 2016 one can be served food/fries that has ****roaches from such a huge establishments?? This just beyond being unhygienic, it is just disgusting, to say the least!!! This just makes me wonder and question the cleanliness/ hygiene standards of the Drive thru's we buy from at night. If these people are capable of selling you fries with a ****roach in broad daylight- I can only imagine what one would find at night? It's a pity that there is no option to upload pics on hellopeter ? I took the food back and got my refund but I will not be buying from McDonald's ever again....
