****roach in hot chocolate

It was my sons birthday and he wanted Macdonalds for breakfast. He went to Macdonalds on Ontdekkers road and purchased various meals with hot chocolate. He got back home and called me. I told him thati was on my way. My wife opened the hot chocolate to add sugar and she found pieces of a ****roach in there. I mmediately sent my son back to the store and the store manager was apparantly too busy to see him. The shift manager attended to him. The shift manager was disgusted with what she saw and was very apologetic. She replaced the meal and sent my son away. The so called breakfast ended up being lunch. i have emailed the call centre and to date no feedbck received from Bongiwe Jaza. We are totally disgusted with this ordeal. I have spoken to the regional manager as well.<br>
