Closing before the time they say

Hi. Thank you so much for the poor service and attitude at mcdonalds by Monavoni on the R55. I was there on 1 st of feb after working late. Got there at 21:50. Only to find that the doors were alrady locked. Now i do understand if i am late, however on the door a nice sign in red that says. For safety doors will lock at 22:00. So is this policy to close earl. Cant they read watches or do they give a flying **** about client sevice. So thank you for the service, and the meal from Burgerking across the road was actually not bad. I know a multi billion dollar corp can afford to loose 1 silly little client
