Not even worth a star on the rating For almost a year it's been a tradition, hubby and I drop the kids and school and grab a cuppa before work. Our order remains the same, small and standard cuppacinos. Numerous times the machine is out of order, but of late in addition to broken machines we've had bad service, offline systems and people waiting up to 15 minutes in drive thru. Everytime I attempt to log the complaint with the manager, it's a new face and always short staff. I've tried calling the number, no response, tried online complaint, no response. The recommendation should be to do a survey of that branch and you will find that this branch should close. We should take our business to KFC next door. This morning we actually attempted again, and left the que halfway, because we spent 10 minutes waiting to pay?
