Close the Mcdonalds at Capricorn square

The worst experience and that is a lot considering that majority of businesses in Cape Town that are dealing with the general public in a service capacity have no idea of what customer service is. On 3 March 2019 I pulled into the drive through for my nephew he ordered 2 cheese burger meals and we waited close on 30 minutes for something that should have taken 5 minutes. I spoke to the manager who has a bad attitude and has no idea what she's doing. After addressing the manage twice she had no decency to even apologise. I recommend fire everyone or close the restaurant. The service is ********** and leaves a lot to be desired. There was no communication regarding the delay. I was idling in a drive through for 25 minutes from 15:44 to 16:05. It is unacceptable and plain disgusting. Order#59 - REG #18. Once again close up and start over or at least get staff that actually take their job seriously.
