Client is NOT important at McDonalds Jabulani Mall

So i went to buy yesterday at Mc Donalds Jabulani i was advised they ran out of lettuce, well to my surprise how do u tell customers you ran out of lettuce where there's stores like woolworths nearby where u can quickly get lettuce, anyway as a customer i asked that they put tomato in my big mac since there's no lettuce they advised me there's no tomato, like really.....then i said ok pls put extra cheese they said no we can't its either u take the meal with no lettuce or you leave, we can't put extra cheese where when we count stock they will say we stole cheese. WHAT? cheese? this is from the "management" clearly this lady doesn't know what customer service is or how to retain customers. It's ok for customers to settle for a burger with no lettuce to save their stock. I'm really disappointed and see me at Mc Donalds **** me, no wonder so many people have rejected Mc Donalds the service there sucks.
