Clearly the delivery system is not for everyone

Ordered a meal online and it took way more than the estimated time and when the guy finally gets here the food is so cold and the petty tasted like it had stayed for hours before it was used had to through it away. The chips were so cold they tasted like rubber and to make matters worse the guy did not have my drink with and said he is going to fetch it, an hour later when I call the guy he tells me he forgot
