Clearly someone cannot read

Hi, I purchased Mcdonalds take away today 08 Feb 2015 for my son and I to eat at home. Note, we live a bit far away from Gateway Mall. I ordered a veg burger for myself, with added mayo. When I got home and took a bite, my mouth was on fire! They added very hot chilli sauce instead of mayo yet my slip clearly states add mayo. Highly upsetting and dissapointing as I cannot eat so hot food and could not drive back to inform them! I had to throw it out, a waste of my hard earned money :-(. Besides that, I ordered a large chips and the cashier puts in 1 sachet of tomato sauce. Is that logic? Hope the chilli experience does not happen to someone else. Thanks, Pravisha
