Clear communication please.

Although I've always been a fan of your fast food outlet, I was left very disappointed with my last visit. I ordered a "double quarter pounder, burger only" which led to a very high bill. Granted, I could have listened at the second paying point, but I order so frequently that I didn't pay much attention to the price. When I was about to start enjoying my burger though I realised the steep price increase. An extra patty of R25 was added to my burger, without being told of this. Apparently the "double quarter pounder" is not on the menu and only the "quarter pounder" which was hence modified.

If any changes to the menu occurs it would be nice to be informed at the point of ordering. Granted how hungry I was, I would most probably have just accepted it, but without being told frustrates me.

Another frustration I find is when I order... that " medium or large " is requested. What about regular? I don't like this at all.

Please inform your staff to communicate very clearly at the point of ordering. Hoping to stay a loyal fan.
