I will never buy by them again.... Bad Customer Service EVER!!!

last week Wednesday 01/08/2018 i went to them to get me breakfast and i wanted to buy their breakfast wrap and coffee.... when they were busy with the sale they wanted me to pay extra for the coffee just because their machine is not working and they have to use another machine in their store and i didn't see the reason why they had to charge me extra as i refused and the manager DIDN'T ever have a care in the world so unfriend and don't wanna give customer service as i'm a manager myself working for a top international company know about service and going the extra mile ad its not the 1st time a had a bad experience with them but personal i will not go to them again as i would rather go to settle coffee for a good friendly welcoming service and paying extra..... BUT McDonald's STAFF IS ALL UNFRIENDLY DON'T know how to greet or to smile...
