CLAMPING TYRES - DISGUSTED
On Saturday morning 03/10/2015 I parked my car in the Mac Donalds in Pinetown, parking to buy breakfast. Within 10 minutes my tyre was clamped. I notice the guard sitting near my car and I ran towards the car. I asked him why did he do that he says its instruction from the manager. I pleaded to him to undo my tyre as my child was sick and I just came to get him breakfast quickly, he insisted I pay him R200 first so I did as I was so terrified as I had forgotten my phone at home and had no contact with any one if I was stranded. So I paid him and went back to Mac Donalds to collect my order. I ask for the manager and told her the story she said I must go speak to the guard, next minute I saw the guard standing behind me in a threatening manner asking me why am I talking to the manager. I was so terrified that I took my food and left as this is a high risk area. For a highly famous place like this I think there should be a proper security. This guy was so intimidating even more because I was a female and was alone. He took advantage cos he saw I had a purse with money. The company should consider a better security system as clamping tyres is not an option to make quick money
